These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MintTV subscription service ("Service") operated by DesireJV LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("MintTV," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Subscriber," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Service.
MintTV is a fully managed YouTube content production and publishing service. We create, produce, and publish faceless YouTube videos in pre-approved niches on behalf of Subscribers, under a YouTube Brand Account operated exclusively by MintTV. We embed Clickbank affiliate HopLinks in video descriptions, track resulting affiliate commissions and AdSense revenue, and remit to Subscribers their share of net earnings as described in Section 4.
MintTV owns all YouTube Brand Accounts created under this Service, absolutely and exclusively. You do not own, co-own, or have any property interest in the YouTube channel, its content, subscriber base, watch history, analytics data, Google account, or associated intellectual property. This is a managed service arrangement: we sell output and revenue share, not ownership of the underlying asset.
Specifically:
MintTV offers three subscription plans:
Annual plans are billed as 10 months ($2,970 / $5,970 / $9,970 respectively). All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Billing is processed via Stripe on your subscription start date and recurring on the same date each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to change plan prices with 30 days' written notice to Subscribers.
Each YouTube channel you wish to have managed requires a separate subscription. There are no bundled multi-channel discounts.
MintTV tracks all revenue generated by your managed YouTube channel, including AdSense advertising revenue and Clickbank affiliate commissions. On or before the 5th business day of each calendar month, MintTV will calculate and pay to your registered Stripe account 60% of the net revenue generated by your channel in the prior calendar month.
AdSense monetization through YouTube's Partner Program (YPP) requires a channel to reach 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 public watch hours. MintTV does not control the timing of YPP eligibility and makes no guarantee that any channel will reach these thresholds. Prior to YPP approval, channels earn Clickbank affiliate commissions only. MintTV is not responsible for any changes to YouTube's monetization policies or partner program requirements.
MintTV makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind regarding your earnings from the Service. YouTube channel revenue depends on factors entirely outside our control including, but not limited to: YouTube's algorithm, niche competition, advertiser CPM rates, Clickbank product conversion rates, YouTube policy changes, and changes to affiliate program terms. Revenue projections shown on our website are estimates based on industry benchmarks and are not guaranteed outcomes. Past performance of any channel is not indicative of future results.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your subscriber dashboard or by emailing hello@mintdemo.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for the current or prior billing periods. Access to your dashboard and revenue reporting ceases upon cancellation.
By MintTV: We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately, without notice or refund, if you: (a) breach these Terms; (b) engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) make false claims of ownership over the channel or its content; (d) attempt to interfere with the Service, our systems, or our affiliate accounts; or (e) are found to be in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service in ways that jeopardise the channel.
Upon termination for any reason: All your rights under these Terms end immediately. MintTV retains 100% of the channel, its content, and any future revenue it generates.
You agree not to:
You select a niche from our pre-approved library of 30 niches at onboarding. Niche changes are not available during the subscription term without prior written approval from MintTV. We reserve the right to discontinue any niche or Clickbank product at our discretion, in which case we will offer an equivalent niche replacement. All content produced is factual and compliant with YouTube's policies. We include required AI-content disclosures on all videos where applicable.
MintTV retains all rights, title, and interest in: the MintTV name and brand; all video scripts, voiceovers, video files, thumbnails, and associated metadata produced under the Service; the subscriber dashboard software; and any other materials we develop. You receive no intellectual property rights by subscribing. The Service is licensed to you for personal use only, not for resale or sublicensing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. MINTTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF REVENUE WILL BE ACHIEVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINTTV AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MINTTV'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MintTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service in violation of applicable law; (c) any claim you make to a third party regarding ownership of the managed channel or its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' written notice of material changes by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription prior to the effective date.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MintTV regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
